Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the site2app.live website, operator console, APIs, and MCP gateway (collectively, the "Service"), and your installation or use of any Wix application that integrates with the Service ("App"). The Service is operated by chatbot.ro Innovation Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By installing the App, registering a site, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

site2app.live provides a technical gateway that proxies MCP traffic between AI assistants (such as ChatGPT or Claude) and configured websites—commonly Wix sites exposing a public MCP endpoint. The Service may add gateway-specific tools, summaries, and optional widgets. We do not host your website content; we route and augment requests according to your configuration.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have authority to bind the business or site you represent.

3. Wix App installation

When you install our App from the Wix App Market or via an install link:

• You also agree to Wix's terms and policies applicable to your Wix account and site.
• We may receive installation metadata (such as site identifiers) needed to connect your site to the Service.
• Features depend on your site configuration (for example, a public MCP endpoint). We are not responsible if upstream features are disabled or changed by Wix or by you.

4. Accounts, tokens, and the console

Access to site management may require an admin secret, a per-site console token, or credentials issued after App installation. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, bypass authentication, register sites you do not control, transmit malware or spam, or abuse rate limits or trial endpoints. We may suspend access for violations.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of your site content and console configurations. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service.

7. Third-party services

The Service interacts with Wix, Cloudflare, AI assistant providers, and optional email or AI APIs. Their terms apply to your use of those services.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information.

9. Fees

Where the Service is free, we may introduce paid plans with notice. Wix may charge separate platform fees.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI-generated outputs (including widget drafts) require your review before production use.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim in the prior twelve months is limited to the greater of fees you paid us or one hundred euros (€100), except where law prohibits limitation.

12. Indemnification

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service by uninstalling the App and ceasing use of gateway URLs. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or risk.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at https://site2app.live/terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Courts in Bucharest, Romania have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer laws apply elsewhere.
